2009 Hanoverian inspection

We attended the Hanoverian inspection at Stargate Sporthorses on Oct 18th. Ruidoso was the Reserve champ colt. They were very impressed with his movement, and he really moved! It was the best free trot I have seen him perform, and they thought he was the best mover. The colt by Soliman de Hus owned by Carsten Meyer, was first based on his typiness. The judges said that they would like to see both colts back in a couple of years! Stella was their top choice filly, and they would have placed her third overall behind the two colts. She was very fluid in her movement and they loved her type and femininity. Unfortunately, Walberto, looks like a gangly weanling right now, I wish they could have seen him at 6-8 weeks when he wowed the judges at the Proud Meadows Breed Show. I still don't have the pictures or video from the inspection, but as soon as I do I will post them.
